Summer is here, and depending on which part of the country you’re located, it can take on two very different meanings.

For hotel and resort properties in Arizona, the hot summer heat typically brings with it lower demand.  Hotels and resorts create summer staycation pricing that is significantly lower than the high demand months, making it possible for all of us to enjoy the Valley’s hotels and resorts at significantly reduced prices.  It’s a perfect time to create special summer pricing for local events and special occasions.

For properties outside of Arizona, the beautiful summer weather comes with higher levels of demand.  Why not take advantage of the opportunity to increase food & beverage minimums when demand is at its highest?
